PTI - Take Note
Today, I am having lunch with a dear friend I haven't seen in a couple of months. We had been trying to get together once a month but then the holidays came along and interrupted our plans. I thought I would make her this little notepad since she has a rather busy schedule.
As you can see from the close up, I took out my favorite Sakura glitter gel pen for the dotted outline but I also the Sakura clear gel pen, another favorite, ontop of the leaves to give them a glossy, raised texture. This pen makes it look like the leaves were embossed without all the fuss and the best part is you use it right over your favorite ink so you don't have to run around trying to match embossing powder to your project. Love it!
The stamp set is PTIs Take Note and it coordinates with the 1 3/4" circle punch and the 2" scallop circle punch which makes putting this together such a snap.
The patterened paper, cardstock and buttons are also PTI. The ribbon is leftover from another project.
I ordered the notepad inserts from Papertrey and Nicole was also kind enough to provide a downloadable template which can be found HERE.
Oh WOW!! This is amazing!!!
