Giving Away....

A couple of weeks ago, my daughter and I attended the Creating Keepsakes Convention in Lancaster, PA. We go every year for a girls weekend with a couple of friends and always have a good time taking classes, doing the make and takes and meeting new and interesting people.

One of the welcome gifts was this Party Pennant kit from Stampin' Up that includes two mini ink pads, three small rubber stamps and die cuts to create a couple of banners. My daughter and I each received a kit and my daughter said she did not want hers and that I could give it away on my blog, so that's exactly what I will do. I'm trying something new with the Rafflecopter to give you guys several chances to win. I will run the giveaway until Midnight on August 31st.

What's Your Inspiration Giveaway

The Present

If you have been following my blog lately, you know that I recently made some layouts which for me was outside of the box and I was lucky enough to find inspiration in the Close to My Heart how-to books.  Often I find inspiration on various blogs for my artwork but I also get a lot of inspiration from my daughter who since she was born, has opened my eyes to many new things. 

Recently I attended the Close to My Heart convention in Washington, DC which was a blast and filled with inspiration galore.  We got the amazing opportunity to look at and play with some of the new product coming out this Fall and I have to say it's awesome.  As a bonus for attending convention we received a lot of product including stamp sets, inks, and embellishments and then we had the opportunity to buy bundles of new product at a discount rate (another perk for attending). 

Here's the giveaway part:  During convention I received a stamp set called The Present (pictured above) for one of the workshops and it also happened to be in one of the bundles I ordered.  Well, I don't need two of the same stamp set so now is your chance to win my extra one.  All you have to do is follow my blog and then post a comment about where you find inspiration for a chance to win.  You must do BOTH in order to be eligible to win the stamp set.  A winner will be randomly selected on August 1, 2010 so check back then.
