For my project, I had a lot of fun playing with the new Sugar Cuts Heart Journal Card dies and I am in love with the pink and white color combo for Valentine's Day. I filled the negative space with pink cardstock and then added some of the cut out hearts back into the spaces. I also cut out the script "love" from pink cardstock to use as my sentiment and then popped the whole piece up as my focal point.
As you can see, the die creates some texture around the hearts and I decided to added more texture to my card with an embossing folder but because of all the white space, it is still a clean and simple design.
