I am sure you have seen all the chalkboard inspired cards on Pinterest and other crafting blogs. I love the look and decided to give it a try for Valentine's Day.
I opted for the green background as opposed to the black because that was the color of the chalkboards of my youth. I remember in grade school being excited when the teacher would chose me to clap the erasers outside. I'm not sure why, but I thought that was fun.
What I like about this style, and this card in particular, is that it is pretty gender neutral and would work just as easily for a guy, which is a good thing because this is the card my hubby is getting from me this year. Let me know what you think.
