I thought I would try my hand at this week's Mix-Ability Challenge over at SCS - to use a water-based medium. I chose to work with Distress Inks and I used several blues with an aqua painter to create my background. I then stamped the raindrops and spritzed with water to make them look a little runny.
These challenges are a lot of fun and the gallery for this challenge is filled with wonderful inspiration. You should definitely check it out. Dina also posted a wonderful video with some of the techniques that could be used in case you need a place to start.
Products Used:
Stamp Set - MFT Umbrella Sentiments
Paper - Watercolor paper; SS White; scraps
Ink - Faded Jeans, Tumbled Glass, Stormy Sky, Weathered Wood Distress Inks
Aqua Painter; MFT Umbrella dies
