Birthday Copic Background Technique

I have a technique card for you today.  I needed a birthday card and thought I would try out a technique I saw on one of the Copic Marker Pinterest Boards. You stamp the image using white ink onto Kraft cardstock and then outline your image with one of the neutral markers.  In this instance, I used T3.
