Happy Wednesday! Today I have a masculine card that would be perfect for Valentine's day. I am using the new Countryside Evening Collection from Heartfelt Creations.
I kept it simple since most guys aren't into the flowers and frills. I stamped the image in Slate ink and only colored in the flame with a Sakura glaze pen. I mounted the image onto a piece of dark grey cardstock that I ran though the Cuttlebug with a twig folder and then mounted the whole thing onto a piece of patterned paper from the Countryside Evening Collection.
I hope you will visit the Heartfelt Creations Blog to see what the other ladies have for you this week.
Products Used:
Stamp Set - Antique Lantern
Paper – Countryside Evening Paper Collection; Smokey Shadow and Soft Stone
Ink – Fresh Ink Slate; Versafine Onyx Black
Spellbinders Labels 1, Sakura Yellow glaze pen, Cuttlebug embossing folder, hemp, foam dimensionals, paper piercer, decorative brads

love just the flame being colored
ReplyDeleteI love the simplicity of your card! I need to do that more. My brain clogs at the mention of CAS. The irony of it all ;)
ReplyDeletePerfect masculine card, Cibele! Nice job! Blessings! Kathy
ReplyDeleteCibele great masculine card. I like the elements and the colors you used and the non frilliness.
