I have an adorable little Christmas card for you today. I found this stamp in Michaels at 50% off and I couldn't walk away without it. This week were asked to used Polar White Flower Soft on a project and I knew I had made the right decision at Michaels.
I stamped the image and then colored lightly with my copics. I wanted a vintage feel so I stamped over the whole image with the Scratches Cover-a-Card stamp from Impression Obsession and sponged around the image with some Tea Dye ink.
I found the silver doily in the baking section of a craft store. I embellished with a K & Company adhesive border and some stickers and of course added my Flower Soft to the hat along with a little red adhesive gem. I also used a silver paint pen along the edges of the base.
This card is going to my mother-in-law who was here when I colored the image and kept saying how cute it was. It's so much fun knowing that the person receiving the card is going to enjoy it as much as you.
Have a great day and be sure to check out the Flower Soft Blog for more inspiration from the Flower Soft ladies.
