Today's card employs two of the challenges on Splitcoast this week. The first is a CAS Sketch Challenge using a beautiful card by Nancy Littrell. The second is a Technique Lovers Challenge to create a wrinkle free distressed background using ink and some water. This is the same technique I used in this card I showed you Monday.
I used three different Distress Inks to achieve the background and then stamped the images from Mehndi Medallion using the same inks. I added a little green pearl to the centers of the medallions. I love this technique and I can see doing a whole set of these little 4" x 4" note cards.Thanks for stopping by today!
