No More Cheetah Print

After this, I promise no more cheetah print. I had to whip up some thank you notes for my daughter to send out and I came up with this rather simple card. I am now looking forward to using some of my new stash from Close to My Heart. The new colors are awesome!

Cheetah Girls Birthday Party

In keeping with the cheetah theme, I created these gift bags for the girls using the popcorn box feature of the Tags, Bags, Boxes and More cart for the Cricut. I found several Cheetah Girl items and added some other spa-type goodies. Each girl also made their version of the frame as a take-home craft project. We used modge podge to adhere the cheetah tissue paper and embellishments to the frames. The paper embellishments were also created using the cricut. Each girl also got a group picture as a memory of the party.

The Cheetah Girls are Coming!

If you have, or know, any little girls under the age of 10, you will know who and what the Cheetah Girls are about. (Okay, I admit it. I am way over 10 and even I am looking forward to this movie.) I created these invitations for my daughter's birthday party. She is having a few girls over to watch the premiere of the Cheetah Girls One World movie. I mentioned to my DH that I wanted to include addmission tickets in the invitation and he came up with these wonderful "concert" tickets which were a big hit with the girls. Special thanks to my friend and mentor, Beth, who took these pics.

I used the "Slumber Party" stamp set from CTMH as well as one from Inkadinkadoo called "Cattitude".

Lunch Bag Thank You Gifts

I created these gift bags from paper lunch bags. I used tan colored card stock to blend with the color of the bag. I used my Cricut to cut out the tags. I used CTMH Delight in Everything stamp set for the flowers.

Pull-Up Treat Holders

I made these treat holders for my daughter's 1st grade class for her end of the year party. When you pulled the ribbon up, there was a Hershey bar. I used my Cricut to cut out the sun shape and crimped the bottoms for extra support. They were a big hit with the kids.
