Welcome to the July Heartfelt Creations Alumni DT Blog Hop! Be sure to comment along the way in order to be eligible to win the $25 gift certificate to the Heartfelt Creations Store. There is a list of all the participants at the bottom of the post so make sure you visit all the blogs for a better chance at winning. Comments close at midnight on Friday, August 1, 2014 and a random winner will be announced on Saturday, August 2nd at noon.
I have another clean and simple card for you this month that is easy to replicate. I stamped the anchor image from the Seascape stamp set onto a piece of white cardstock and cut using the Radiant Rectangles die from Spellbinders and mounted it onto a piece of blue cardstock. I ran a piece of white cardstock through the cuttlebug with an embossing folder for some added texture and the sponged some white ink along the edges of my card base.
I found the silver bling in the clearance aisle at my local craft store and thought is was the perfect embellishment.
I've been invited to the beach for a couple of days and this will make the perfect thank you card for my hostess.
I hope you are having a great summer. My daughter and I just got back from a fun weekend of crafting at the Creating Keepsakes Convention in Lancaster. If you were following me on Facebook or Instagram, you got to see some of the fun and goodies. It's hard for me to get in the studio during the summer because I like to spend time with my family but that will change once school starts, so stay tuned.
In the meantime, don't forget to leave a comment here and on the other designers' blogs in order to be eligible for the $25 Heartfelt Creations gift certificate. Once again, you have until midnight Friday, August 1, 2014. You're next stop is Selma's Blog. You're going to love what she created!
