CTMH-October Word Puzzle
Here's a new spin on one of my earlier templates, the Bijou Box. I made some minor adjustments to some of the measurements and used my cuttlebug and nestabilities on some paper from the LSS and viola! A really cute Halloween decoration. Inside is one of those battery operated votive candles.
The bats were made with a Martha Stewart punch and jazzed up with black stickles. I then attached them to leftover scraps of acetate. I sponged some Mustard Stazon onto the vellum pieces and then stamped the images in Black Stazon on top. I made a video for you with my iphone so you can get full effect (be kind...this is my first attempt).Hope you'll stop back tomorrow for some Halloween magic.
Love this! I tried one of these this year and it was ugly! Maybe I will attempt one using your design (since my kids love luminaries!).

ReplyDeleteWOW this is amazing! Esp those bats...you are SO creative. I have THE WORST luck with Stazon and vellum...I always give up and emboss and then the vellum warps. My Stazon always bleeds. I hate the stuff.
