I hope you had a wonderful holiday! My husband's family came down and we had a wonderful Christmas despite the fact that I was not feeling too well. I did, however, manage to make this little pocket album for my Christmas pictures.
I used the Frosty Blanket Patterned Paper pack and a couple of pieces of cardstock for my photo mats. I used the Gold and Walnut 3D Paint on a chipboard frame from Want2Scrap and then went over the whole thing with some iridescent medium which gave the chipboard the look of real metal. I used some foam to pop up the frame so you can slip in a picture. I printed the month and year on a piece of cardstock and cut it into a banner.
I stamped and cut out the poinsettias and then sponged on some of the Rose 3D stamp paint and added Gold Stickles to the edges of the petals. I also used some gold ink to edge the cover and added some metal photo corners to the two edges to finish it off. After I cut the leaf flourish, I used an acrylic glaze on the leaves to add some shimmer.
Below is a short video to show you the inside pages. Please pardon my voice as I am just recovering from a sinus infection.
