For My Valentine

Masculine cards are not my forte and I was really struggling to come up with something for my husband for Valentines Day that wasn't too girly.  I'll tell you what - I almost broke down and went to the Hallmark store (gasp!).  Alas, at the last minute I came up with this card and was really happy with the way it turned out.  I started playing around with some glimmer mist I bought at Christmas and made some cool looking paper.

I punched some hearts out of the paper I made and then used some other little hearts I had already punched from red cardstock.  I used Kraft cardstock as my card base and sponged the edges of all the cardstock with Chocolate ink.  My only regret is that I didn't make more of the glimmer paper and I'm not sure that I can recreate it.

I hope you all have a wonderful Valentines Day!
