To create the card, you stamp the image with ink and then go over it with Versamark and then emboss with some sparkly embossing powder. In this instance I used Ranger's Polysparkle embossing powder.

Very elegant! It's hard to believe it's a simple card - but I guess the stamp does some of the heavy lifting with the details! Excellent.
