Heartfelt Creations - Especially For You

It's Wednesday so of course I have another Heartfelt Creations project to share with you.  Be sure to check out the Heartfelt Creations Blog to see what the other designers have for you this week.  They are gorgeous!

For my card this week, I used a very "in" shape - the hexagon.  I cut several of them and, using removable adhesive, I arranged them on my craft sheet and then stamped and colored the beautiful image from Delicate Twining Asters.  I then sponged the edges and adhered them to my card but I popped a couple of them up to create some dimension.

I then stamped my sentiment along the right side and added a little bling here and there.

This was a fun card to create and it was pretty quick.  I hope you'll give it a try.

Ink – Memento Tuxedo Black; Tea Dye Duo

  2. This is beautiful!! I love the depth that the hexagons give the image - all that shadowing helps, too! Very, very nice! I don't know how you think of these things, Cibele! I would probably have stamped, inked, and then tried to cut them apart. Interesting that your amazing card was made the other way around! Excellent work!
