SNSDC50 - Butterfly Birthday Wishes

Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps just had a sale and I thought it was the perfect opportunity to get a couple of goodies to play with and this is one of the newly released digis Butterfly & Flower.  I used it to make this card which I will enter into this week's Digi Challenge over at the Sweet 'n Sassy Digi Blog.  The challenge was to make it look old.

I colored the image with my copics and then cut the image with a nestabilities die.  I then stamped over the whole image with the Scrathes Cover-a-Card from Impression Obsession and sponged the edges with Tea Dye Duo ink.  I also took an edge distresser to the edges of my cardstock and patterned paper.  For a final touch, I added a little brown glitter to the center of the flower.

I love this image and really like how this card turned out.

I am also going to enter this into the Anything Goes Challenge at Oozak this month.
