My PTI Favorite

This month marks PTI's 4th anniversary and it will be my second year using their products which, if you follow my blog, you know I absolutely love.  As part of their anniversary celebration, today they are asking their Design Team members to revisit their favorite projects and as part of a contest we could post our favorite past projects as well.  The prize is FABULOUS so I thought I would take the opporunity to post one of my faves and here it is.

The reason it's one of my favorites is because Nichole actually picked it as Honorable Mention last year for one of her previous contests on the PTI site.  I remember dancing around and calling one of my friends to share the news because Nichole liked my card and my name was actually mentioned on her blog.  You would have thought I won the lottery.  The other reason it's my favorite is because I love the masking technique I used and the fact that it was a single layer card that really had a lot of depth.  I have since taught this card to several classes using this stamp set and each time, the ladies have loved the card and technique so much they bought the set.  You can see the original post HERE and the tutorial I posted HERE.
