Wonderful Friend

Here's another card I made for the SCS July 4 Holiday Challenges.  If you get a chance to check out the challenge galleries, you will see a lot of gorgeous inspiration.  Like yesterday's card, this one fits several of the challenges.
One of the challenges is to use a faux wood technique.  I used the PTI Linen impression plate and Dark Chocolate ink to make the square panels behind the butterfly.  The butterfly is a Spellbinders die which I cut and then stenciled with chalks.  I added a little bling for the flight trail.

Hope you are enjoying the warm days and staying cool.

Products Used:
Stamp Sets - PTI Round and Round
Cardstock - PTI Stampers Select White and Fine Linen
Ink - PTI Dark Chocolate
Spellbinders butterfly die
PTI Linen impression plate
Chalks
Sakura glitter pen
Adhesive gems
