Flower Soft Winter Wonderland Blog Hop

Are you ready for Winter?  How about some projects with a Winter Wonderland theme?  That's this week's Flower Soft Sprinkle Challenge and I hope you will join me and the rest of the the Flower Soft Design Team as we feature the Charlie's Ark Creative Kits from Flower Soft.  We’ll be giving away TWO prize packages! One prize package will be given away on the blog hop and another will be chosen among people who make a Winter themed project using Flower Soft and post it in the Splitcoast Gallery using the keyword FSC14. Both prize winners will be chosen and announced on the Flower Soft blog on December 10th. The winner of the Splitcoast Gallery challenge will have their card featured on the Flower Soft Blog on December 10th!!!

If you didn’t start at the beginning of the hop please go to the beginning at the Flower Soft Blog.

As you make your way through the hop, make sure you comment on each and every post. There will be a prize winner chosen randomly among the blogs. Here is a picture of what you will win (one set for Splitcoast players and one set for the blog hop!)

Now on to my project.  My card has a lot of dimension thanks to the Charlie's Ark Creative Kits which comes with everything you need to create a dimensional card without having to use scissors!  The pieces are all perforated so all you need are dimensionals (pop dots) and you are ready to go.  I used the Charlie's Ark Night Before Christmas kit and attached the focal image to the inside of an Oval Aperture Card.  I popped up some of the pieces and then added some Polar White Flower Soft from the Diamond Range as an accent to the windows and to the stocking.

I found some retired purple CTMH textured cardstock and stamped random snowflakes from PTI's Peace Be Still stamp set in Perfect Medium and then swirled some Perfect Pearls on top create shimmery snowflakes.  I used my Sakura clear glitter gel pen to accent some of the snowflakes for added bling and this created my background paper.  I then used one of the pre-cut borders from the Creative Kit as well as one of the sentiments which I popped up using dimensionals.

To hide the rough edges around the Display Globe, I used Silver Peel-Off stickers.  On the inside, I simply punched out the included story sheet and blank, inside sheet and adhered them.  So simple!

Now hop on over to Jeanne's blog to see what wonderful creation she has in store for you.
